Interview
All hiring is completed by an onboarding recruitment department. I met with a Human Resources Hiring manager to interview for the position. He was ultimately the person that makes the decision. If you are chosen for the job, then you meet with the general manager. The job offer and all paper is completed through e-mail.

Interview
Due to popularity of their U-Verse service, the interview and hiring process is very streamlined.
Contacted via email to schedule phone interview, followed by aptitude/skills test, followed by second phone interview, then job offer (contingent on background check and physical/drug test).
Expect 6-9 weeks of paid on-the-job training. No benefits until 6 months of service.
