ALDI Store Associate interview questions

Sent me to a different store to the one I was applying for, 20 miles away, no instructions on where to go in the store to do the interview. Manager was rude and said she wouldn't hire me because I am a uni graduate and 'overqualified', even though we're in a pandemic and there are no other jobs about. If you want a temporary job don't bother applying as they want to hire people who will stay at ALDI for years.

Applied Online and received a call the next day. I then scheduled an in person interview for the following week because I was not able to drive to the store the next day. The next day I was offered the position. I applied to work while I was at school and the school was an hour away from where I lived.
