I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2015
Interview
A group interview with about 5 other if you pass they'll invite you back on another day for a one to one. If you are successful for will have to complete a job trail which lasts for about two hours nothing hard unloading the stock etc etc. After that they'll call you if they like you.
The interview was extremely lazy, hardly any effort was made to interact with myself and other applicants. It was a group interview consisting of 5 people in total.
The whole interview felt like it was there for Aldi to promote themselves and say how "amazing" they are. Very few questions were asked, the only opportunity we had to speak was when the interviewer said "tell me a little about yourself", that was it. Didn't really get a chance to sell yourself.
One of the worst and laziest interviews I've ever been a part of.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Cross Hands, Wales)
Interview
Aldi experience day: had to sign health and safety forms as well as a small numerical test. Then I was told to shadow a current customer assistant which ended in me doing half of his work. Then I was asked to ask customers to fill out a questionnaire, finally I was told they would be in touch. The whole experience day lasted 3 hours.
