I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Buxton, East Midlands, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Took around 3 months from initial application to receiving a decision. Had to apply online, do numerical and critical reasoning tests, have a 1 to 1 interview with an area manager then a 2 hour work trial.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied online and received an email to attend an individual assessment, which was a one to one interview which outlined the job, and asked a few questions including scenario questions.
Later that same day I received an email to attend a Store Experience. At this experience, I was taken through some health and safety issues then I accompanied a young assistant around the store maneuvering and unpacking pallets.
(At the time of being asked to complete this form, I do not know the outcome of both interviews, but had to choose an offer option in order to submit the form - so I chose 'I got the job' :p )
