Interview

wasn't difficult. There were multiple people there, we did a group walk through and information session and then called individually to interview. Asked a few questions about capabilities and then availability and that was it.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Shamokin Dam, PA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I was scheduled for a group interview. It was not in fact a group interview. It was a batched group of candidates all told to come in at the same time to be interviewed one-on-one.
Candidates were not provided with a place to sit while we waited. Nor were we greeted upon arrival. When I asked the floor manager if there was a place for candidates to sit as some of us had been standing at the front of the store for 30 minutes already, he said there was not.

I walked out of the interview as I don't want to work for any company that treats job candidates in such a disrespectful manner.
