I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Sídney) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview was conducted via video which included 3 questions each question allowed you to read the question for 20 seconds followed by 2 minutes to provide a answer which would be recorded

Question 1
Name a situation where you had to deal with conflict and how you dealt with the situation
After the initial application was reviewed, I received an email to say I would receive another email with a link to record an Online Video Interview for the second stage of the ALDI recruitment process for the role of Area Manager. Within one day, Head Office phoned me and advised I would receive an email the following week to undergo psychometric testing which consists of four x 30 minute assessments. I am preparing for these by practising tests on Graduate Firsts website which is extremely helpful, but certainly difficult to perform numerical, verbal, logical and situational assessments in a limited timeframe.

Question 1
Describe a time you demonstrated assertiveness and leadership?
You have to complete CV based questions and questions about ALDI itself and situational tests, you then will be invited to complete ( a few weeks later) online verbal, numerical and diagrammatical tests. I found out about these results within a couple of days. You then are sent a link to complete a video interview with questions and a set amount of time to complete then talking into the camera and recording your answer, i found out about these results within a week. I am now at the group assessment stage where you have to travel to Bolton and complete a store walk before going into the interview.
