Fairly straight forward, Very nice onboarding and recruiting team. Responsive and answered all questions. Accessible to others with same title or above. Majority of interview was virtual, i am not sure how it works now that we are passed the pandemic
Average. Asked about competency, soft skills, and the situational questions. The process was longer than expected but overall it was a usual experience I've had with other employers. Do your company research. If it aligns then go for it.

Initial screening with HR for 20 min. then Video interview on behavioural, situational, competency and fit. Explore challenges, leadership and influencing capability. this was for internal relocation. answer clearly, don’t feel the need to fill all time, use examples from your resume
