Question 1
About previous work experiences, why I want to leave my previous organisation?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
Quick call with recruiter moved to in-person interview. After first in-person interview I was told to come in for a full day ride-along. This consisted of me watching a new-hire make cold calls from 9-5 and culminated in a 20 minute interview with dispassionate sales managers.

Interview
The interview process was one of the most unprofessional ones I have gone through. You meet with the sales manager in your area and he does not ask any pertinent questions relating to your experience or the job. Then you do a ride along, except you most likely will go out with a newer representative who does not know what they are doing. It is considered a half day ride along, which does not give you a real idea about the job as you are seeing minimal appointments. My personal ride along was awful, where the rep was frantic, late to every appointment, and did not want me going in on some of the appointments(what is the purpose of a ride along if your rep doesn't want to let you go into appointments). There was no room to even ask if I could jump in to get an idea of how to do the job. Then you meet with the VP of Sales where you do a sales role play basically to see if you picked up how do the job from your ride along. They say they will contact you back the following day, but you will not hear from them again. I have called four times and left messages, as well as emailed. The decent thing to do is to at least call to let you know they went with someone else and give some feedback. I would say run if you are applying for this job. There are more opportunities to work for other companies who are professional, have better commission structures, and care about who they are hiring. ADP is a well known name, which will look good on a resume; that's one of the only positives I can say.
