The interview process was straight forward. Speak with a recruiter —> speak with manager/managers over video conference —> mock sales call with several managers. They are quick to get back to you about scheduling next steps.
There was a phone interview meant to weed out anyone blatantly not fit so they covered experience, education, and demeanor mostly. Second interview was a series of interviews with different teams to see how I'd fit in to the structure, and final interview was with the VP of the department to ensure I'd be a good fit from their perspective.

What prior experience do you have with business to business sales?
it has been so nice to have an interview with ADP, as they are so kind and they structured all of it so easy.
also, I have had to prepare and expose a simulation and it went really good
