I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview starting with an application, then a call from a recruiter, then a phone interview with the VP before meeting them. In the phone interview with the recruiter, they asked basic interview questions but didn't try too hard on getting to know me as a candidate.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADP (Jacksonville, FL) in Sep 2019
Interview
I went in for an interview with the Manager of the office and the interview was really laid back; it didn't feel formal at all and while this made it a bit less pressuring, it was difficult to gauge what criteria was being used to judge me as an asset and in my skills. Since there is no real qualification besides being inherently good at sales, I felt like my qualifications weren't lined up with the role.
