Interview
Currently working in Oracle india as Senior member technical staff.
A consultant has scheduled my interview at ADP Somajiguda. As soon as I reached there, they asked me to take a written test.
Written test has two sections:
section 1: 20 Multiple choice question on core java, servlets, spring, hibernate, jdbc etc.
section 2: 3 java program and 2 SQL queries. (based on emp and dept table, find emp with highest salary in hyd and one more I don't remember)
Written test was easy for anyone with 5+ years of experience and has looked into the basics once before interview.
After that I was asked to sit in a hall, many people had come there for interview.
It was nice experience till now.
Here is what I didn't like. A person would come after taking the feedback from the panel and then shout the person name. The person would raise his/her hand. Once that guy sees him/her, he just shouts you are rejected and you can leave for the day. This happened around 4-5 times in front of me and this irritated me, this is not how you treat people.
I didn't waited for my feedback and just left.

Total 4 rounds. 3 technical 1 HR. Basic questions to advanced in 2 rounds. Project in 3rd round and HR. All the technologies mentioned in resume were asked. Mainly on Configurations.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADP (Pune) in Apr 2015
Interview
I have cleared 5 technical rounds including Client round, After completing all the rounds the final round is with Sr Executive. After that I got the feedback that I didnt clear the technical round. Now my question is that If I cleared all the technical rounds then what happened in the Sr Executive round? Sr Executive doesn't include the technical one. So what is the wrong behind this? no body knows only God knows...
Feeling Bad....
