A phone interview from the recruiter was the first step. Questions were designed to get to know you and it was a good experience. A one-on-one interview with a manager was the next step. I didn't have sales experience though, so I faced some difficult questions.

Question 1
Why should we hire you?
How can you overcome lack of sales experience?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter the very same day. The recruiter said I seemed like the right fit for ADP and then scheduled me with an interview with the VP of sales. The VP was very professional and nice and asked me similar questions as the recruiter. Then I was asked back to interview with sales managers. Overall very positive experience, everyone was so professional and the culture was great.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (Austin, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
Female interviewer was over 40 minutes late to begin our interview session... seemed entirely disinterested and disengaged the entire process.
Although I am still a young professional, I was made to feel as if I were already too old for the position being that I was not a fresh college graduate.
Interview process was standard and the actual interview was shorter than the time I sat waiting for the interview.
