The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ADP (Sarasota, FL) in Jan 2011
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. She was very quick and to the point. Went over my resume and talked about previous sales experience. She scheduled me for a 1:1 a few days later. Asked mostly behavioral and typical sales interview questions. He was not what I would expect out of a VP of sales. A bit stoic but honest. Make sure you close and ask for the field ride. The job does not ask for alot of sales experience but they do prefer it. Make sure you really focus on previous quotas you fulfilled in past employment. Sell yourself no matter what reactions you get or don't get.
What pressures you? (this one stumped me because I wasn't sure if this was a bad or good thing). I ended up taking it into a more of "what motivates me" question.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
I was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter. She scheduled a phone interview with me and it went well. I then was asked to come in to meet with the VP of SBS of the region. He was a gentleman, and very clear on what he expects and what he is looking for. Basic interview questions. I did my research prior and felt very ready for this interview, he even said I nailed it. He said I would hear back something the following day at 2pm from the recruiter, but it's been 5 days and I haven't heard anything just yet. I asked many questions to be sure I understood the role and cleared any hesitations with the VP.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (San Bernardino, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for the position and did well with the preliminary screening interview. A phone interview was set up the following week; I was asked the typical questions: why do you want to get into sales, etc. A face-to-face interview was set up a week and a half later with the VP of Sales. The interview was pretty laid back, but I was only asked questions of why I am leaving my current job and why don't I want to move up in the industry that I am currently in.

Question 1
What makes a good/bad salesperson?
Why is your current job no longer good enough if you've been working for x-years?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Miami, FL)
Interview
Interviews with Sales Managers, Field Ride, then met with VP Sales. They like high energy individuals with some experience and of course, professionalism. They look for a certain type of candidate. If you are not a social being and a go getter don't waste your time. Have multiple friends that work there and they all have similar qualities and characteristics. They all love their job too. Great resume builder or long term sales job with growth. I lacked the sales experience and the interview experience.

Question 1
Basic behavioral interview questions. Try to "stand out". That which I did not do well enough.
